Dream Home Vision is a company founded by husband & wife team Geoff & Caitlin Ockenden, and inspired by a personal renovation project. As well as being professional musicians, they have a wealth of technical and practical experience in property construction and renovation. They can help you to visualise external and internal renovations to your dream home: all they need is photos, measurements and any ideas you might have, and they will quickly and skilfully create a vision of your dream home.

As well as working with photographs in 2D, We also work in 3D, using Sketchup Make software to create scaled mock-ups of external or internal spaces for you.

Pricing
Our pricing structure for 2D work is pretty simple - we charge £75 for an individual photograph mock-up, which we would expect to take up to 1/2 a day to complete, depending on complexity.
​
Each additional photograph mock-up will be charged at £50.
​
On delivery of our first mock-up, any revisions required will incur a nominal charge of £10.
​
If any further revisions are required, a flat fee of £20 per hour of work will be charged, and a detailed invoice will be submitted to you, for your kind attention.

3D work, by its definition, is more complicated, therefore the pricing structure will be different for every project. Please contact us for a no obligation quote.
